If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your items, we will gladly accept returns that meet four simple conditions.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
- Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must be made through our returns process below.
- Note that sale items marked FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
- To begin the returns process, please visit our Return Center and use the email address associated with your order. An email will be sent to you asking you to follow the link provided.
- After entering your return information, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Please note, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for using this label.
- You will be notified via email when your return has been received, and again when your refund has been processed. You can also track your return by logging into your account at www.carvedesigns.com. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please process your return through our Return Center and then place your replacement order on our website.
- If you are exchanging the same item in the same color for a different size, you are then welcome to email email@example.com with your new order # so you can be refunded for the $7 return shipping fee.
Canada Returns & Exchanges
- Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to use our pre-paid return label for returns or exchanges from Canada. If you are returning items from Canada, please return the product to the address on the return form. Carve Designs is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
